Chaque semaine, le marché de plein air réunit commerçants et producteurs locaux ainsi que traiteurs et foodtruck.

Demande d'emplacement

Toute demande d’emplacement doit être adressée à la mairie, accompagnée des documents liés à l’activité commerciale.

Commerçant - artisan non sédentaire

Registre du Commerce ou Répertoire des métiers (extrait Kbis de moins de trois mois).
Carte permettant l’exercice d’activité non sédentaire (récépissé de déclaration) ou attestation provisoire.
Attestation d’assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle

Producteur agricole

Carte d’inscription à la Mutualité Sociale Agricole.
Attestation d’assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle.
Relevé d’exploitation parcellaire.

Pêcheur professionnel, vendeur d’huitres

Certificat national d’identification appelé Sirene et son numéro d’identifiant appelé Siren.
Attestation d’assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle.

Auto-entrepreneur

Un numéro Siren (numéro d’identification de l’entreprise) du Registre National des Entreprises (RNE) tenu par l’Insee et son code APE (Activité Principale de l’Entreprise).
Attestation d’assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle.

Tarifs Droits de place

Pour les « abonnés » : une convention est signée avec la commune. La redevance annuelle est à régler avant le 31 janvier de l’année en cours au Trésor Public, après réception d’un avis de somme à payer.
Pour les « non-abonnés » : le régisseur communal est chargé de percevoir la redevance le jour du marché.
